You are ready for more than coping.
You are ready for deeper healing.

Perhaps anxiety shows up in your relationships. Maybe boundaries feel difficult, or you find yourself repeating familiar patterns that leave you feeling unseen, unheard, or disconnected.

You may have insight into your patterns, even language for them, and yet the emotional experience hasn't shifted.

A therapist shaped by
a lifetime of care

Jessica Baker, LCSW brings extensive clinical experience across settings spanning every stage of life, and a deep commitment to the kind of therapy that creates lasting, meaningful change.

Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

With experience spanning from neonatal care to end-of-life settings, and many years working alongside children, adolescents, and adults navigating all kinds of life circumstances, Jessica has sat with people across every phase of the human experience. That breadth of care has shaped a clinical presence that is warm, grounded, and genuinely attuned to wherever you are in your own story.

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked with people facing grief, medical trauma, crisis, and the quieter but equally real struggles of everyday emotional life. What has remained constant across every setting is a commitment to meeting each person with genuine care and a deep respect for the courage it takes to seek support.

Jessica chose EFIT because of what it makes possible for people who have spent their lives feeling disconnected from their own emotional world. Many of us learn early on to push through, manage, or dismiss what we feel. Over time, that disconnection shapes how we respond in conflict, in relationships, and in the quiet moments when something just feels off but we cannot name why. EFIT creates a space where feelings are not only heard, but truly felt and validated, often for the first time. It helps people recognize what they are experiencing, name it without shame, and begin to respond to life from a place of greater clarity and self-compassion. That kind of change is profound, and it is the heart of this work.

Developing a felt sense
of security

Rooted in Attachment Science

EFIT draws on decades of research into how secure and insecure attachment patterns form, and how they continue to shape our emotional lives well into adulthood.

Corrective Emotional Experiences

The therapeutic relationship can become a place where new, more secure emotional experiences happen, sometimes for the very first time.

Moving Through Emotion

Rather than avoiding difficult feelings, we learn to move through them safely, building tolerance, self-understanding, and genuine trust in your emotional world.

Change That Lasts

This work goes beyond managing symptoms. It builds a more secure relationship with yourself, one that continues to support you long after our sessions together.

How we work together
